Paphiopedilum charlesworthii
In Thailand, S. China and Myanmar this species can be found among limestone rocks, specially along the Thai/Myanmar Border it grows at 1200 m to 1700m altitude
Flower is solitary, about 5 to 7 cm across.. peduncle about 12 to 15 cm long, dark purple and slightly hairy. Dorsal sepal sub-rounded, purplish pink, reticulated markings. Petals are oblong, yellowish brown with reddish brown reticulated markings. The lip pouch is reddish brown. Flowering time is beyween August and December. This picture is taken at my nursery, 350 m above sea level.
