This species can be found in the south of Thailand, also in Malaysia. It is a terrestrial orchid. Its leaves are about 8 to 10 cm long and about 3 cm wide. Flowers are white ( nivis = snow ) with purplish-red spots. size about 4 to 5 cm across.
Flowering time between May and July. This species below I found during an exhibition. It has grown three inflorescence.
